Ypres Trip 22nd March
The annual trip to Ypres takes place on Thursday 22nd March 2018 and we still have a few spaces left.
The trip is an amazing opportunity for students to visit Ypres and its surrounding areas. Students are able to understand and develop the classroom learning they have been completing this term on the events of World War One.
The trip will include a visit to the Memorial Museum Passchendaele, a number of the Commonwealth War Graves sites and the Menin Gate. We will pay our respects at the grave of our own local solider, Charles Henry Staples and also visit a Belgium Chocolate shop which is always hugely popular.
The cost of the trip is £35 and travel will be on a luxury coach via Euro Tunnel. Students MUST have a valid British passport. Students can collect a letter from either a member of the History department or Main Reception. Alternatively please contact Miss Smith on ext 214 or email email@example.com
