Online Payments - Parent Pay
Cashless Canteen
Our canteen no longer accepts cash at the till; this was introduced to to allow smoother running of the canteen and to give parents a better insight into how their child is spending their lunch money.
Contactless Badge
Each student will be issued with a badge holder, printed lanyard and their own personalised badge. The student will be required to wear this whilst on the school site. Their badge can be used with the cash machine and the tills.
Adding Money to your Child’s Account Online
You will have received a letter with your username and password for ParentPay. This can be used to put money on your child’s account via ParentPay which they will then use in the canteen. If you have not been sent details please contact the school’s finance department – Ext: 532 Email: finance@towers.school.
PayPoint
PayPoint is available, for more info please contact the school’s finance department – Ext: 532 Email: finance@towers.school.
Free School Meals
The system works exactly the same for all students whether they pay or have a free school meal. The amount allocated for the free school meal will be entered into the system daily. However, any under spend or missed dinner will be identified by the system and will not be added to the next day’s balance.
The card can still be topped up for purchases at breakfast or lunch by using ParentPay.
If you have any queries regarding Free School Meals, please call Kathryn Morley - 01233 634171 ext 537 or email ka.morley@towers.school
TRIPS AND EVENTS PAYMENT - SCOPAY
In order to improve the way in which payments for trips and events are made , the school now operates an online payment facility SCOPAY (Tucasi).
Parents will receive an email containing a link code for each child they have at the school. The link code will be used to create an Online Payments account and link the child(ren) to that account.
For further assistance or to request an online link code please contact the school’s finance department – Ext: 532 Email: finance@towers.school
