Sixth Form Enrichment
At Towers Sixth Form, we offer a number of enrichment opportunities to develop your leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Student Leadership Team
Our Student Leadership Team is made up of two Head Students, two Deputy Head Students, a Year 13 Leadership Team and a Year 12 Leadership Team. To join the student leadership team, students must submit an application and attend an interview; those who wish to apply for the Head or Deputy Head positions will also deliver a presentation.
All members of the leadership team represent the Sixth Form at whole school events and complete one lunchtime duty per week. In addition to this, our students are placed into smaller 'working parties' that and work towards improving the student experience for both Sixth Form students and students in Years 7 - 11. This year, our working parties include:
Charity Events
Comms
Sixth Form student wellbeing
Supporting Yr 7
Supporting Yr 8
Sports Leadership

Subject Ambassador
Our Subject Ambassador programme is led by Mrs Carter and runs in two waves: September to February and February to July. Subject Ambassadors support in one lower school lesson, per week, in a subject of their choice. Our subject Ambassadors begin by TAing for the teacher but can also lead to students working 1:1 with a younger student or leading the knowledge check section of the lesson:

Football Refereeing
Led by our Sports Captain, our football referees complete a lunchtime duty on the 3G refereeing for Yr 8 - 11 football matches. Our refs ensure all lunchtime football games are played fairly and the rules are abided by at all times!
